Yes. The Free vendor plan costs ₦0 and includes up to 25 products with no additional staff seats. You can choose a paid plan later if you need more capacity or advanced tools.
No. These are vendor plans for businesses selling on ZumaFlix. Customers can browse and shop without a vendor subscription.
A paid plan becomes active only after payment is verified by the payment provider. Upgrades take effect after verification; the current subscription flow does not apply proration or credit for unused time.
A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Products are not automatically removed when a plan changes; a lower product limit can affect the ability to add more products until usage is within the new limit.
Manage plan changes and cancellation from Plan & Billing in your vendor dashboard. Paid-plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Subscription expiry changes the effective plan and its entitlements; the subscription transition itself does not delete vendor or catalogue records. Access and capacity follow the effective plan.
